Sign up below for the Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Moderna and other Covid vaccines and boosters. Pediatric vaccines are also available.

NOTE: Starting April 1, Non-Insured Individuals Will NOT Be Covered For Covid Vaccinations.
Due to a lack of funding, HRSA will not provide funding for non-insured individuals and families for covid vaccines. We hope the funding will be reinstated, but until then, we cannot process uninsured claims at no cost. In the meantime, we will continue to serve our community with cash and insurance testing options.
