How does shockwave therapy work?
This revolutionary new therapy uses low-intensity shock waves to help improve blood flow and restore sexual function in as little as six treatments. A device is pressed in several areas around the penis to deliver short bursts of focused waves. Our patients report feeling no pain or discomfort.
The treatment is delivered in a series of 6, 15-minute sessions twice a week for 3 weeks. Sessions need to be spaced apart by at least one day between sessions and no more than 2 sessions per week.
After the last treatment, patients begin noticing more blood flow and harder erections.
After 90 days, you’ll feel the full effect of the treatment. Through a process called angiogenesis, new blood vessels form.
Expect to see optimal results in 90 days after your first treatment. Patients report effects of the treatment lasting well over a year post-treatment.
